Renard x Callas confiture
2018 is coming to its end which means that we’ll be celebrating a new year very soon. When we toast to the end and the new beginning, something extra is definitely allowed. Especially for those who choose not to drink alcohol. For that reason, Renard and Callas decided to unite their forces. The result? The BelliNA! A refined non-alcoholic cocktail which consists out of Armand Renard (Dill & Estragon) and Callas’ apricot-orange blossom confiture. The combination of flavours is a match made in heaven which will put a smile on your face for sure.
The recipe was developed by Frédéric Geirnaert (Jiggers Bar). His insight and knowledge of flavours makes for a great tasting experience and a delicious start of the evening.
