Feeling Magazine: Getting creative with herbs
Feeling is the 100% Belgian magazine focused on following the latest trends in gastronomy, beauty, lifestyle and travel. We were selected for a segment about herbs and spices. More specifically, getting creative all with respect for product and environment.
We were published next to 3 other ‘Spice Hipsters’ as Feeling described it. Just four passionate, creative minds that know how to spice up their day. Following is a small excerpt from the interview.
“After three years of intensive research we concluded that chefs no longer want to work with big multinational brands and typical products like syrups and juices that contain a lot of sugar, but not much flavour. We decided to get inspired by wines: a good wine can make a world of difference to a dish.”
“What grapes are for wine, apples are for Renard. The chefs loved our story and our product. We let them join in on the creative process and created a small, but very dedicated Renard family around us.”
