We create our recipes in collaboration with chefs, starting from their needs.
We select herbs and specific apple types that work well within a certain taste range. In the final development stage, chefs get to taste our recipes. Their feedback is decisive for the final product.
The foundation of our drinks is apple juice. Just like grapes, there are many apple types, all with certain characteristics and tastes.
Much like wine, each season of apple harvest tastes differently. Therefore, we select our apples in close collaboration with farmers. We personally taste the first batches of juice to make sure they meet our quality standards. Sometimes, the taste differs from the last season and we have to alter our blend recipe a bit.
After the apples are selected and pressed, the juice is brought straight to our bottler. The juice is mixed with spring water and our signature Renard herb and aroma blends.
