Silver Tie getting inspired by Renard
The highly trained chefs at Silver Tie provided for a evening full of inspiration and creativity. They created 3 dishes with a specific Renard drink in mind. We want to thank all contestants for their participation and hard work. Renard is was created with food pairing in mind, so we were delighted to see what these young creative minds would come up with.
Starter paired with Armand: Monkfish – Grilled leek – Lemon – Armand Renard Hollandaise
Main course paired with Victor: Breydel Ham – Celery root – Fennel – Chocolate/sage sauce
Dessert paired with Julien: Caramelised apple – Speculoos – Pomelo – Dill – Rhubarb/mandarine
