Masterclass by Sel Gris & Nuance
This year marks the first time that Renard was present at Chef’s Place. We also got the chance to organize a Masterclass which we named: Non-alcoholic (r)evolution within refined gastronomy. For this, we worked together with Sander Van De Walle (Sel Gris, Chef of Belgium 2018) and Victor Derks (Nuance). Sander prepared some amazing dishes which were complementary to the Renards served, while Victor made the attendees familiar with the world of non-alcoholic food pairing.
