August by Nick Bril & The Jane meets Renard
A former Augustinian convent becomes a modern-day sanctuary in the heart of Antwerp. Nick Bril's new hotel will feature Renard in all mini bars and bar. Five heritage-listed structures were reshaped by legendary Belgian architect and designer Vincent Van Duysen. The hotel offers a place where you can have a drink or a coffee or stroll in the walled-in gardens at the centre of vibrant Antwerp.
The restaurant attached to the hotel will be headed by two-Michelin star chef Nick Bril. Known for his work at neighboring restaurant The Jane, Nick will create dishes focusing on product, season and terroir. With this in mind, they decided to also serve Renard, as we follows seasonal changes & listen to our chefs and their specifications.
August's bar menu was made by Jurgen Nobels, Top Bartender of Belgium and old friend of ours.
